The philosophy

Learning people experience —
not just attend.

My background in professional theatre shapes the way I design and facilitate learning.

Theatre taught me that people rarely change because someone explains the right behaviour to them.

They need the opportunity to try something, experience its effect, observe what happened, understand it and try again.

I can join as a co-designer, specialist facilitator, programme partner or white-label collaborator — adapting to your methodology, your client and the outcomes you are working towards.

The learning journey

Try → Observe → Name → Rehearse → Apply

Participants are not simply given communication techniques. They step into situations. They make choices. They see how those choices affect other people. We slow the moment down, identify what happened, and give them another opportunity to respond differently.

From theatre practice to experiential learning

Theatre becomes particularly valuable in role-play.

As a theatre director, I know how to design a situation so that it produces meaningful behaviour: clear objectives, realistic tension, different motivations and enough uncertainty for genuine interaction. As a facilitator, I can step directly into the simulation — as a stakeholder, client, manager, colleague or challenging audience member — and adapt in real time to what the participant does.

The participant changes → the situation changes.

How we can work together

As focused or as integrated
as the programme requires.

01

Specialist Facilitator

Bring me into an existing programme to lead experiential sessions on communication, presentations, executive presence or communication under pressure.

02

Co-Designer

I work with your learning-design team to build communication modules, participant journeys, exercises, role-plays and realistic simulations.

03

Programme Partner

We collaborate across a wider learning journey where communication is an important capability or behavioural outcome.

04

White-Label Partner

I design or facilitate under your brand when the client relationship requires discretion.

Your wider programme remains yours. My role is to strengthen the communication experience inside it.

Who we partner with

Organisations that already
design or deliver learning.

We are particularly useful when communication, presence or presentation is one important part of a wider programme — rather than the entire programme itself.

You own the wider learning objective; I bring specialist communication design and facilitation where it adds the most value.

What I bring into the partnership

Specialist design.
Adaptive facilitation.

01

Experiential learning design

Workshops structured around experimentation, observation, reflection and application — not content delivery alone.

02

Role-play & simulation expertise

Scenarios designed with realistic objectives, relationships and pressure — and the ability to adapt them live during facilitation.

03

Theatre-based communication practice

Practical work with body, voice, breath, intention, attention, presence and interaction.

04

Adaptive facilitation

The ability to observe what is actually happening in the room and use it as learning material.

05

Communication specialisation

Expertise in presentations, executive presence, high-stakes communication and audience connection.

06

Easy integration

I work within your frameworks, terminology and programme architecture rather than imposing a parallel methodology.

Four connected elements of presence

Body · Voice · Breath · Intention

Editorial notebook diagram — L&D collaboration

In one recent programme, I designed and facilitated an experiential workshop around presence and communication. Participants explored the four elements through practical exercises, rehearsal, observation and feedback — applying the work to real professional situations including employer-brand representation and high-stakes stakeholder communication.

The session was designed as an experience participants moved through — not a lecture about communication.

What participants valued most

Participants particularly valued the practical exercises, the energy of the workshop, the safe space to experiment and the immediate relevance to their work.

Presence is not explained. It is rehearsed.

The learning provider owns the wider journey; I bring specialist design and facilitation where it creates the most value.

Where & how

Flexible enough
to fit your programme.

I work online and in person, depending on the programme and participant needs.

Direct facilitation is available in English & Greek. For Brazilian Portuguese, programmes can be delivered in collaboration with a Brazilian Portuguese language partner/interpreter, while maintaining the same learning design and experiential methodology.

I can work with local, international and multicultural cohorts, either independently or alongside your existing facilitators.
